Willy "Bill" Bailey Obituary

Willy “Bill” Bailey, age 85, of Jackson, went home to be with the Lord on October 8, 2020 at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital. He was born on September 27, 1935 to Cline and Agusta (Higgins) Bailey in Salyersville, Kentucky. He is survived by his family Elizabeth Higgins Aronoff and her sons, Keith Aronoff, Mark (Ruth) Aronoff; and her grandchildren Jacob, Jesse, and Lauren Aronoff; and friend Don Soat. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his Aunt and Uncle Eli and Georgia Higgins. Bill was a graduate of Parma High School. Bill went to work for Goodyear Tire and Rubber after graduating. Then served his country in the US Army. He then retired after 25 years of service with Goodyear. He was an avid golfer, musician, artist, and sportsman. Bill accepted the Lord at Michigan Center Bible Church at a young age. The family would like to thank all of Bill’s doctors and nurses for their care. A private family interment will take place at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
