William Frank Hill

William Frank Hill, known to many as Bill, passed away peacefully on September 8. 2023. at the age of 88 in Jackson, Ml. Born on May 2, 1935. in Detroit. Ml. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Roberta (Bobbie) Hill, his son Jett, his parents, and his sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Ron.  Bill is survived by his son Jeffrey, stepchildren Steve Kasper, Vicki (Ken) Yeager, Linda (Mark) Saia, and Kevin (Karen) Kasper, as well as his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, niece, nephew, and his beloved dog Megan.

Bill had a successful career as the owner of Hill Screw Machine Products, Inc., which he acquired from his father. His dedication and hard work were evident in all he accomplished. Outside of work, Bill had a passion for boating, which he shared with his late wife, Bobbie. Later in life, he took golfing while living in Florida and Oklahoma. He enjoyed his early years with horses and hunting as well as owning his own race car and was an avid fan of NASCAR races.

A funeral service will be held at Watson Funeral Chapel located at 2590 Spring Arbor Road, Jackson, Ml 49203.  Visitation Thursday September 21, 2023 11 am to 12 pm, followed by a service by Chaplain Brian Choi from 12 pm to 1 pm.

The family would like to express their deepest appreciation to Careline Hospice, especially his nurse Tammy and aid Mary. Their compassion is truly amazing and above and beyond our expectations. They would also like to thank his aids at Trellis Gardens for their care and companionship that Bill so loved.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Careline Hospice.
