Vianna Kathleen Hutchinson

Vianna K. Hutchinson of Jackson, MI. passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Saturday, April 30th, 2022.  She is survived by her devoted husband of 52 years, Lonnie Hutchinson Jr; children, Lonnie T. and Robert Hutchinson, Melissa Risinger; son-in-law, Kenneth Risinger; grandson, Keenan Risinger; sisters, Kelly Lewis, Jackie Hillis. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Agnes Hillis.

Vianna, a lifelong resident of Jackson, attended St. Mary, Lumen Christi, and Jackson Community College. She had a long career in specialty machine and tool design, in addition to owning her own business, Multiple Design Group. She ended her over 30-year career retiring from Commonwealth Associates, Inc. in the substation design group. She mentored many people throughout her career, together with teaching CAD design at Baker College. Vianna loved spending time with her loving husband and family, especially during the holidays.  She had a passion for reading, having read thousands of books.

Her family will be holding a private ceremony in her honor. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Mary Star of the Sea Church.
