Robert D. Stokes “Rob”, passed away at home on July 11, 2026 at the age of 45.
Rob was born to Rahn and Kathleen Stokes, of Spring Arbor, Michigan.
He was a graduate of Western High School, Class of 1999 where he ran cross-country and was in the marching band. He enjoyed his job as the Assistant Manager of Kelly Fuels where he met his wife of one year, Caitlynn Stokes. He and his wife, Caitlynn met while working together and “just clicked”. He had a co-worker tell him once that “You’ll find love in a gas station” and he took that literally and that is where he and Caitlynn fell in love.
Rob is survived by his wife, Caitlynn; his parents, Rahn and Kathleen Stokes; his three children, Jeremiah, Abigail, and Noah; his brother, Jonathan (Chelsea) Stokes; and two nieces, Ava and Onaleigh.
Rob enjoyed playing video games, “Magic: The Gathering”, “Formula 1”, avid LEGO collector, and board games with family and friends. He had a great love for animals and would befriend any of them that he met.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026 at Watson Funeral Chapel – 2590 Spring Arbor Road, Jackson beginning at 11:00am until the time of service at 12:00pm with Father Dusan Koprivica, Officiating.
