Robert Ray Dungan

Robert Ray Dungan, age 90. Bob passed away on February 22, 2021 at his residence in Jackson MI. Preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Lael Vert Dungan, he is survived by his children Michael Dungan of Jackson MI, and Carol Dungan Logie of Minneapolis MN. He will be missed by his daughter in law Shelley Killewald Dungan, son in law John Logie, and his grandchildren Emma and Jake Dungan, Nora and Shane Logie. Bob was a social worker with the Wyoming Public Schools, but his heart was in music and photography. He sang and acted in local theatre productions and performed with the West Michigan Opera Association. In retirement he returned to photography and won first prize in Festival 1991. No memorial is planned due to COVID. His ashes will be scattered, along with Lael’s, in the waters of Lake Michigan and Alki Point in Puget Sound.
