Richard A Lowe

Of Vandercook Lake, MI, passed away of complications from a stroke, Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Michigan Medicine, Ann Arbor, MI at the age of 73. He was the son of Arthur “Art” and Bette Lowe, born August 15,1947 in Jackson, MI. Dick is survived by his brother Gerald “Jerry” Lowe, nieces Dawn Lowe and Danielle (Kyle) Thwaits, great nieces and nephews; Lucas and Carly Lund, Kenley, Kori and Kalen Thwaits and many special friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Donald “Don” Lowe and great niece Kaylor Thwaits. Dick graduated from Vandercook Lake High School and retired from Consumers Power after 38 years of service. He enjoyed golfing, bowling and lake activities with friends.  A service to celebrate Dick’s life will be held at Woodland Cemetery in Jackson, Friday, July 9, 2021 at 11:00am.

The family will receive friends at the Watson Funeral Chapel on Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 3:00-6:00pm.
