Phillip Dale “Red” Milligan of Parma, MI passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at the age of 86. He was the son of Howard Stanley & Ardale B. (Phelps) Milligan, born November 18, 1934 in Parma, MI. Phil is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Margaret; three children, Greg Milligan, Gwen (Curtis) Jacobson, and Howard “Brad” (Cherri) Milligan; 10 grandchildren, Clayton Milligan, Phillip (Teia) Milligan, Corey Milligan, Derrick Milligan, Jason Jacobson, Carrie (Robert) Shrock, Lindsey Jacobson, Bradley Bo (Charlotte) Milligan, Chelsie (Bronson) Cauthon, and Jayme Milligan; 14 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Gene Milligan and Jack Milligan. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Lauren Milligan. Phil was the former owner of Milligan Packing, cattle procurement for JBS, and was an avid farmer.
