Paul Inman Obituary

Paul Albert Inman, aged 94, of Parma, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on September 7th. He was born on February 9th 1930 in Prattville, Michigan to Albert and Gladys (Durling) Inman.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Robert Inman Letherer, and his sister Ruth (Inman) Sellers. Paul was the beloved husband of Marjorie Inman, with whom he shared 75 wonderful years of marriage. He was a devoted father to Paul D. Inman (Janet), Phillip Inman (Joyce), and Jill Inman Legg (Kim). Paul was a cherished grandfather to Christopher, Ryan, Matthew, and Tyler Inman, Dr. Rebekah Franks (Bryan), Caitlin Hild (Jameson), Sarah Trow (Vince), and Melissa Legg. His legacy is also carried on by his seven great-grandchildren: Quinn, Colton, and Lincoln Hild, Riley and Luna Trow, and Violet and Vaelyn Franks. Numerous nieces and nephews. A faithful man of God, Paul was an active member of Bethel church for 53 years. He enjoyed a rich and fulfilling life, marked by his love for travel and tennis. Paul and Marjorie spent many years exploring the USA in their Airstream and enjoyed travel throughout Europe and the Caribbean. They were active members in the Airstream Travel Club for 35 years. His passion for tennis was evident in his personal life, as he built tennis courts for himself and Marjorie and took great joy in teaching his grandchildren the game. He and his wife competed in USTA tournaments yearly. Paul enjoyed volunteering at Youth Haven Ranch where he stuffed envelopes getting out the monthly newsletters. Throughout his career, Paul was a dynamic and industrious individual. He was a broker and partner for SPI Realty then was a broker and owner of Paul Inman Realty. He owned and operated Inman Tower Company manufacturing and selling thousands of TV towers to dealers across Michigan and surrounding states. Additionally, Paul was an inventor and pioneer in solar energy.  Paul will be remembered for his vibrant spirit, unwavering faith, and his deep love for his family. He leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories and an enduring impact on all who knew him. A private burial will be held with immediate family. A memorial service will be held at Bethel Church on Friday, September 13th at 11:30. The family will receive visitation at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Youth Haven Ranch.
