Pamela Marie Frantum of Jackson, MI passed away at Henry Ford Allegiance Health on November 15, 2021. She was the daughter of Robert and Ruth (Krupp) Matkin, born on May 23, 1950 in Dearborn, MI. She is survived by her children, Robert Frantum, Brian (Kimberly) Frantum, Christina Schwark; grandchildren, Desireé Frantum, Brittany Schwark, Conner Frantum, Hunter Schwark, Hayden Frantum; siblings, Lynda (Jack) Giraud, Robert (Sharon) Matkin, Sheri (Dan) Cash, Ron (Cheryl) Matkin, and Jeff Matkin. She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, George Frantum. Pamela graduated from Taylor Center High School and went on to become a photographer and owner of a home day care. She loved all of her beloved pets and her family, where she was known as “Nana” or “Grandma Pam”. Pamela lived her life to the fullest, spending time with family and friends, crocheting, coloring, garage saling, shopping with her grandchildren, watching General Hospital, Hallmark movies, and Game Show Network. A Celebration of her Life will be held at Watson Funeral Chapel, 2590 Spring Arbor Rd, Jackson, MI on Monday, November 22, 2021 at 11:00am, with Deacon Patrick Gorczyca officiating.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, with the reciting of the Rosary at 4:30pm, and on Monday, November 22, 2021 from 10:00am until the time of service.
