Neal Woodman Obituary

Neal D. Woodman of Jackson, MI passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at the age of 83. Neal was born in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. Neal graduated from Jackson High School in 1957. Self employed Realtor, and owner of Able Glass Shop, and the Back Door Pub. Neal was an avid golfer, bowler, and many years season ticket holder and fan of the Michigan State Spartans football team. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Sandra L. Woodman, and three children: Wendy S. Neeb (Leah McCatty), Jeffery N. Woodman and wife Sheila Woodman (Syndey, Trent), Deborah A. Milne (Rachael, Lauren, and Hannah), sister-in-laws, Pauline Ropp, Joyce Cannehl, and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Arthur Woodman; mother, Kathryn Woodman; and brother, Gary Woodman.

A celebration of his life will be held at the Watson Funeral Chapel in Jackson on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 1:00pm with Reverend Kurt Lambart officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the American Heart Association. The family receive friends at the Watson Funeral Chapel in Jackson on Monday, December 6, 2021 from 4:00-7:00pm and on Tuesday from 12:00pm until the time of service.
