Max Hagerman Jr. Obituary

A single man of Parma, MI passed away after a long battle with Diabetes on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at the age of 76. He was the son of Max and Geraldine Hagerman, born December 2, 1946 in Jackson, MI. Max is survived by his sister, Sherry Betz; one granddaughter; and friend, John Tylutki.  He was preceded in death by his son, Cale Hagerman; and his parents. Max was a graduate of Jackson High School. After high school, he proudly served his county in the United States Army. Following his service, he worked as an Equipment Operator and Truck Driver for Tylutki Excavating for many years. Max then worked and retired from Kelsey Hayes. He was a gun enthusiast, loved drag racing and NASCAR. Enjoyed automobiles and was a member of the Corvette Club and Tractor Club. Max was also a member of Spring Life Church in Parma. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A celebration of his life will be held at the Spring Life Church, 9421 Benn Road, Parma, MI 49269 on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 10:00am with Pastor Michael Cary officiating. Interment will take place at Hillcrest Memorial Park on Wednesday at 1:00pm with Military Honors.

The family will receive friends at the church from 9:00am until the time of service at 10:00am.
