Margie Ann Densmore

Margie A. Densmore went to be with Jesus on June 22, 2021 at the age of 91, surrounded by loved ones. She was a caring Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister and Friend.

Margie was born in 1930 at her grandparent’s home. She later graduated from Concord High School in 1948. After high school she married Harold “Ralph” Densmore in 1952 in Pulaski, Michigan. Margie and Ralph were life-long farmers. Margie’s pride was in her family. She hosted and enjoyed many get-togethers and parties with her sisters, their children and grandchildren over the years.

The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Margie. She was known for her wit and uncanny humor, even into her last days. She loved a good laugh. She enjoyed Southern Gospel Concerts, knitting, camping, playing games, and children. Margie was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; her parents, Leon and Catherine; her sisters, Betty and Leonora (Doug); her brother in-law, Bud, and her brother who died in infancy.

Margie is survived by her daughter, Darleen (David); her son, Kenneth (Nancy); sister, Geraldine; six grandchildren: Sarah, Mark (Ashlee), Kevin (Kaitlyn), Stephen (Chelsea), Ann Marie, Faith (Allen); nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, with special love from Marissa and McKinnley.

A private family ceremony will be held with the Reverend Earl Habecker officiating. Margie’s body will be buried at Pulaski Cemetery, in Pulaski, Michigan.
