Maggie Louise Hansen

Of Stanville Kentucky, formerly of Hanover, Michigan went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, January 11, 2019 at the age of 72. Maggie was the daughter of William McKinley and Melinda Lee (Justice) Harrington, born February 22, 1946 in Pikeville, Kentucky. She is survived by her brother, Albert (Betty) Harrington; niece, Melinda (Michael) Adams; nephew, William (Christina) Harrington; great-niece, Beca Putnam; great-nephew, Zack Harrington; and Robert Edwards Sr. (like a son). She was preceded in death by two still born infant children; her parents; two brothers, J.R. Harrington and David Harrington. Maggie retired from a dry-cleaning company after 20 years of service due to health reasons in Houston, Texas. She was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Albion, MI. Maggie loved spending time with her family, her dogs, Peewee, Lovie, and Squeeky, and working puzzles. She was loved by many and will be sadly by all who knew her. A celebration of her life will be held at the Fellowship Baptist Church, 25013 W. Michigan Avenue, Albion, MI on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 12:00 PM, Pastor Earl Greer officiating.  Entombment will follow at Albion Memory Gardens, Albion, MI. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fellowship Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends at the church on Monday, January 14, 2019 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM and Tuesday at the church from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 12:00 PM
