Luanna was born in Jackson, MI on February 10, 1945.
She attended Concord High School in 1963 where she was homecoming queen. She graduated from Albion College with a Bachelor’s Degree and Eastern MI University, obtaining her Masters Degree. She worked ten years at Commonwealth Associates and also worked at Lyle A Torrant Center while attending college.
She worked as a case consultant with Disability Determination Service for the State of MI in Lansing then Kalamazoo until retirement.
Louanna was a collector extraordinaire. She hunted in flea markets, garage sales, antique shops before finding EBAY. She was known for her sparkling eyes, wit, hugs and love of gospel music and the LIONS. She will be missed by those fortunate to have known her.
Private family services were conducted for Louanna at Horton Cemetery next to her family.
