Born in Jackson, MI preceded in death by her mother, Gladys Clark and sister Loretta Short. Step-daughter to Kenneth Clark. Proud mother to Kellsie (Nathan) Smith, and Scott Taylor. Loving grandmother to Jaxtyn, Bearon and Waylon Smith. Special Aunt and Caregiver to Blake, Chase and Olivia Short. Sister to Luke, William, J.C., Edie (Tom), Erik (Nicholle). Kellie was many things to many people. She selflessly put many people before herself; keeping her door open to anyone in need. Kellie lived her life out for her kids and grandkids which were her entire world. Her dedication, commitment and love that she showed her family will never be forgotten. Her bright smile, contagious laugh will live on forever. Kellie passed away unexpectedly in an automobile accident with her special friend LaVern Bell. Kellie will always be remembered by her family as being tough as iron. A celebration of her life will be held at Village Hope Church 123W. Porter St, Jackson, MI on Friday, August 21, 2020 at 6:00pm, Pastor Jeremy Toyer officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family. The family will receive friends at the church from 5:00 pm until the time of service.
