Kathryn "Kay" Ann Broesamle

Kathryn “Kay” Ann Broesamle of Munith, MI passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at the age of 81. Kay was the daughter of Norman C. and Mary Jane (Wilcox) Millican, born January 5, 1939 in Jackson, MI. She is survived by four children, Keith (Terrie) Broesamle of Munith, Randy Broesamle of Munith, Bert (Jennifer) Broesamle of Gregory, and Kimberly (Justin) Carpenter of Pleasant Lake; five grandchildren, Braxton (Ellen) Broesamle, Ashley (Cory) Colestock, Alex Broesamle, Kaden Carpenter, and Jacob Broesamle; four great-grandchildren, Logan Colestock, Mason Colestock, Caleb Broesamle, and Olivia Broesamle; one great-great-granddaughter, Irene Morris; sister, Carol White; brother, Ron Millican; and several nieces and nephews. Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell Broesamle; son, Bart Broesamle; her parents; and brother, John Millican.  She was a graduate of Jackson High School. Kay enjoyed camping, playing Thursday night euchre with the boys, and being a jokester. She always looked forward to her nightly phone calls with her sister, Carol. Kay loved to spend time with her family. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
