Juanita June Shaw

Of Jackson, passed away August 18, 2024 age 98 years. She was born March 25, 1926 in Mercer, Ohio to George and Marie (Aller) Ralston, married William Shaw on September 6, 1944 and preceded her in death in 1976 after 32 years of marriage, she was also preceded in death by granddaughter Tamara, great-grandson Tyler, son Greg, sister Norma, brother Donald and son-in-law Mike.  Surviving are two sons and two daughters; William Shaw, Debie (Tim) Gale, Barry Shaw and Libie Ambs, nine grandchildren; Angela, Timothy, Bethany, Tanner, Christian, Samantha, Ashley, Afton and Malloree, 32 great-grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, daughter-in-law Jeannette Shaw and many nieces and nephews. She graduated from Rockford High School, Rockford, Ohio on May 23, 1944, worked in the cafeteria at Vandercook Lake High School for many years, attended and enjoyed VCL sporting events and was an avid bowler and enjoyed sewing and crochet.  Mrs. Shaw is at the Watson Funeral Chapel where visitation will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.  Private interment will take place at Horton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to CRP Memorial Fund (Outdoor fund at VCL) c/o American 1 Credit Union 1238 E. McDevitt, Jackson, MI 49203.
