Janet Loud Obituary

Janet Arlene Loud, age 82, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, April 4, 2021. Janet was born in Jackson, MI to James and Agnes Cummings on May 1, 1938 and is survived by her loving husband, Leland F. Loud, three daughters and their families, and five siblings: Cheryl Loud, daughter, married to Larry Schlanger and mother to Caroline and Kyle Schlanger; Karen (Loud) Handloser, daughter, married to Steve Handloser and mother to Andy and Jacob Handloser; Vicki (Loud) Soares, daughter, married to Jon Soares and mother to Nicholas and Caleb Soares; and siblings Nancy Sixbury, Betsy Spink, Sally Nall, Bob Cummings, and Connie Adams. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Richard and Phillip Cummings.

Leland and Janet were married August 8, 1958 and moved to Parma in 1970. The greatest joys in her life were spending time with her grandchildren and her very large extended family, camping and fishing with her husband and fanily, taking walks on beautiful days and the company of her pets.
