Janet Helen Bloder (Typinski), 67, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on February 15th , 2025 at her home in Jackson, Michigan.
Janet is survived by her Husband of 35 years Michael Bloder; Sisters Linda Typinski, Allison Murphy; Brothers Don Lum (Darlene), Adam Typinski, Anthony Typinski (Vickie); Sisters-in-Law Pamela Brown, Sherryl Davis, Mardelle Dawson (James); Brother-in-Law Patrick Manis (Leslie); Father-in-Law Jack Manis and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. She is preceded by her parents Henry Raymond Typinski and Shirley Faye Nagy; Son Jacob “Jake” Eli Bloder.
Janet was trained as a medical transcriptionist but also became proficient as an administrative assistant until becoming a full-time mom to her adopted son Jake. She was a very kind and caring person, going out of her way to help people in any way she could. Janet loved a good yard sale or garage sale with the intention of blessing others with her recently-acquired bargains. She loved visiting family and friends and traveled with Michael on many of his business trips. Janet loved her church family and was always looking for ways that she could show the love of Jesus. Janet was also a huge pet lover; over the course of 34 years, she and Michael were proud pet parents to 7 dogs.
She was a firm believer in Genesis 12:3 and strived to be a blessing to the Jewish people and the nation of Israel.
Visitation will be at Watson Funeral Chapel, 2590 Spring Arbor Rd. in Jackson, MI from 3:00 to 5:00 pm on Sunday, March 2nd, 2025. A Celebration of Life service will be held at Encounter Church, 620 Robinson Rd. in Jackson, MI at 11:00 am on Monday, March 3rd, 2025. A lunch will be provided directly after the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the International Fellowship of Christians & Jews.
