Henrietta Hopkins

Henrietta “Henry” Hopkins of Homer, MI passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024 at the age of 65. She was the daughter of Henry and Loverla (Tackett) Huff, born September 6, 1958 in Jackson, MI. Henrietta is survived by her two children, Paula (Scott) Stilson and Damon Warner; special grandchildren, Brooke (Ryan) Rafferty, Blaire (Brandon) Ritchie, Garret and Scottlyn Stilson, and many more grandchildren; one great-grandson; two brothers, Ted Huff and Tim (Lisa) Huff; sisters, Vicky Lickly, Elizabeth Isaac, and Teresa Miller; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Hopkins; son, Kevin Warner; and her parents. Henrietta was a graduate of Western High School. She worked for many years at H&R Block. Henrietta enjoyed going to flea markets with her sisters, watching classic TV Shows, and reading. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. A gathering a family and friends will take place at the Watson Funeral Chapel in Jackson on Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 3:00-7:00pm. According to her wishes, cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital.
