Gerald L. Bos, age 82, of Jackson, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home. Gerald was born on August 30, 1937 in Jackson, MI to Jacob and Esther (Walls) Bos. He is survived by two sons, Barry (Brenda) Bos and Tim Bos (Bonnie Kennedy); two grandchildren, Tabitha (Shane) Bos and Travis (Amy) Bos; five great-grandchildren, Devyn, Peyton, Maddy, Landon, and Bentley; and special and awesome neighbor, Tom. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Janet, of 62 years. Gerald was retired from Eaton Corporation with 25 years of service and was previous co-owner of the Jackson Antique Mall for 30-plus years. He enjoyed watching the Detroit Tigers, The Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. For many years, he went to Florida once a year with a great group of friends. According to his request, cremation has taken place. Due to the Coronavirus, there will be no services held at this time.
