Evelyn Margaret Bromley, lived a long and beautiful life until her passing on December 16, 2025 at the age of 104 years. She passed away under hospice care, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born February 4, 1921 to Harry and Gertrude (Luedtke) Beilfuss in Albion, Michigan.
Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Dean Bromley; her parents, Harry and Gertrude Beilfuss; Brothers, Leonard and Carl; sisters, Ruth and Helen.
She is survived by her daughters, Debi (Al) Mangiapane; Pam Salov; Janell Anne (David) Gage; and son, James (Sue) Skowronski; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Evelyn loved embroidery (needlepoint), bowling, camping, traveling, playing cards, and cats and dogs. She had a special place in her heart for stray animals who seem to find her. She was a member of Gethsemane United Brethren Church of Jackson for many years.
She was a talented baker and head cook for Jackson Public Schools for nearly 20 years.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00am at Watson Funeral Chapel – 2590 Spring Arbor Road, Jackson, Michigan. Interment following at Woodland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her honor to Elara Caring Hospice or Cascades Humane Society.
