Elsie Jean Rowlison

Elsie J. Rowlison of Hanover, passed away Saturday March 1, 2025 age 94 years.  She was born August 5, 1930 to Harold and Cleota Beebe. She is survived by two daughters and two sons; Bobbi (Ralph) Riley, Lisa (Matthew) Simpson, Kenneth (Sue) Rowlison and Richard (Veronica) Rowlison, grandchildren; Timothy and Daniel Riley, Kaitlyn Haake, Benjamin Simpson, Samantha Saxton, Sara Rowlison and Randy Glassford, ten great-grandchildren, one niece and one nephew.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Kenneth Eugene Rowlison, granddaughter Sarah Ann Riley, sister Delores Riedel, niece Sue Riedel and her parents. She was a devoted wife and a dedicated mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She graduated from Jackson High School and enjoyed reading and Crochet.  According to her wishes, cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of her life will be held at the Watson Funeral Chapel Thursday March 6, 2025 at 3:00pm with the family receiving friends from 2:00pm until the time of service, Pastor Chris Murphy officiating. Inurnment Maple Grove Cemetery, Concord, MI.  Contributions may be made to Henry Ford Hospice Home 2150 Kingsbrooke Dr. Jackson, MI 49202.
