Deborah Evans

Deborah Kay Evans (Bellew), Age 70, of Jackson, Michigan passed away peacefully on the morning of September 16, 2025. She was born June 23, 1955 in Jackson, Michigan to Ralph Bellew and Judy (Smith) Bellew.

She was a graduate of Baker college with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. 

Deborah was preceded in death by her loving husband James Jefferson (JJ) Evans in December 2001 and Daughter Amanda Kay Evans Sept 2017. 

Survived by her son, Jason Evans; sisters Dana Bellew; Andrea Gary; Belinda (Bobby) Gibson; and Dede Bellew; grandchildren Justen James Evans;  L.J. Webb; Jason Matthew Evans; John Kemp; Katie Lynn Evans; Alexa Webb; Haven Sylling; Betty Kemp.

Graveside service will be held on September 22, 2025 beginning at 2:00pm at Tompkins Cemetery, Clinton Road, Tompkins, Michigan with Michael D. Mason, Officiating.
