Christopher Dane Yanke

Our loving son, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend passed away unexpectedly on April 4, 2022.  Born March 6, 1998 in McMinnville, Tennessee.  Dane graduated from Northwestern High School.  He was looking into to be recruited by the U.S. Navy.  He loved spending time working with everything electronic and dealing with computers. He would often enjoy working on cars too.

Surviving are his mother, Linda M. Yanke; sister, Sarah (Jason) Barlow; 2 brothers, Aaron (Erin) Yanke, and Morgan Yanke; 5 nieces and nephews, Katelyn, Lily, and Evan Barlow, Evelyn Yanke, and Leighom Yanke; aunts & uncles, Jacqueline Diehl, Jimmy Teets, Owen and Kathy Boyagian, Patricia and John Chestnut, and Dane and Kim Woodruff; best friend and roommate, Tristan Klahn; and many other family members and friends.  Dane was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Theresa Teets.

The celebration of Dane’s life will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 9, 2020 in the Watson Funeral Chapel, 2590 Spring Arbor Road, Jackson with Michael D. Mason officiating.  Visitation is from 5:00-8:00 P.M. Friday, April 8, at the funeral home.
