Thea Angela Wetzel

Of Hanover, MI passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the age of 63. She was the daughter of Willie and Newatha June (Owens) Hall, born December 31, 1955 in Stockbridge, MI. Thea is survived by two children, Gabriel Wetzel, and Mekeesha McCabe and her children, Jasmin and Lily; four sisters, Yvonne (Rick) Bailey, Regina Mayo, Paula (Mark) Thorne, and Tamera (Jeff) Huey; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Thea was a graduate of Northwest High School. She worked as a Licensed Electrician with IBEW Local 252 for over 20 years. Thea enjoyed very much spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, and cooking. According to her wish’s cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at the Watson Funeral Chapel in Jackson on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 11:00am.
