Eula Evans Obituary

Eula Jean (Reeves) Evans, 88 of Jackson, Michigan, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2019 at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home. Eula was the daughter of William and Phoebe (Wells) Reeves born May 18, 1931 in Corbin, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack; her parents; siblings, Ora, Dora, Can, Charles, Earl, Gordon and Fred. She is survived by two sons, David (Jill) Evans and Mark (Suzy) Evans; two grandchildren, Nathan (Melissa) Evans and Lauren Evans; two great-grandchildren, Aden and Kai Evans; numerous nieces and nephews.

Eula was a graduate of Brazil High School in Brazil, Indiana. Her working career carried her through being an office manager with H&R Block, bookkeeper for Crown Hill Cemeteries in Indianapolis, and a real estate broker. Eula met and worked with a lot of people in her career. She enjoyed gardening, camping and traveling. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will take place sometime next spring/summer at a location to be announced; interment will take place at Clearview Cemetery in Brazil, Indiana at a later date. Memorial contributions for those who wish in memory of Eula may be made to the National Kidney Foundation @ kidney.org.
