David Lawrence Miller

Of Jackson, MI went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Henry Ford Allegiance Health at the age of 69. David was the son of Robert and Delores (Gates) Miller, born January 14, 1949 in Jackson, MI. He is survived by his loving wife, Linda; three children, Heather (Troy) Amon, Matthew (Amanda) Miller, and Robert “Hank” (Crystal) Miller, and bonus son, Deven (Terra) Moore; six grandchildren, Alex, R.J., Mary Grace, Teagan, Abraham, and Kinsley; sister, Debbie (Dan) Smith; and beloved extended family. David was preceded in death by his parents and sister. He was a graduate of Jackson High School Class of 1967. David worked as a barber in Jackson for 49 years. He was a member of Cornerstone Christian Church. David loved spending time with his grandchildren and family. He enjoyed Corvettes, golfing, baseball, softball, bowling and sports in general. According to his wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of his life will be at Cornerstone Christian Church on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 10:00am; Michael D. Mason officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
