Bernard Aloysious Bronkowski

Of Jackson, MI, passed away peacefully at Countryside Atrium in Jackson on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at the age of 81. Mr. Bronkowski was the son of Alois and Genevieve (Seinkowski) Bronakowski, born June 7, 1937 in Jackson, MI. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 46 years, Joyce Lynn Bronkowski, his parents, grandson, Justin Bronkowski, brother, Mike Bronakowski, and sister, Rita Bronakowski. Bernard is survived by his two daughters, Loralee Bronkowski, and Chrissy (Eric) Siders; two granddaughters, Sierra and Sydney Siders. He was a graduate of St. Mary High School. Bernard was a pressman for the Jackson Citizen Patriot Newspaper, retiring after 30 plus years of service. He loved running, gardening, bird watching, sun bathing, and manicuring his lawn. According to his wishes, cremation will take place. A celebration of his life will be held at Trinity Wesleyan Church, 620 Robinson Road, Jackson, MI 49203 on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 1:30 PM, Pastor Andrew Walker officiating. Memorial contributions in memory of his wife may be made to Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home, 2150 Kingsbrooke Dr., Jackson, MI 49202.
