Alice Faye Adams of Jackson, Michigan went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home at the age of 80.
Alice was the daughter of William and Goldie Aretta (Little) Brafford, born May 14, 1939 in Bunker Hill Township, Ingham County. Alice is survived by two children, Gregory Adams and Kimberly (James) Lammon; four grandchildren, Nicole (Jason) Chapin, Brittany Adams, Joshua Lammon and Corey Johnston; three great-grandchildren, Dayton, Alice and Kennadi; brother, Roger (Roxie) Brafford; sister-in-law, Betty Brafford; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; special friend George “Jim” Heinzelman. She was preceded in death by her parents; three siblings, Wilbur, Betty and Arlene “Nini”.
Alice was a graduate of Vandercook Lake High School. She retired after 43 years of service from Automotive Service Company as their bookkeeper. Alice was a member of Trinity Wesleyan Church for many years. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports, gardening, traveling and going to the casino.
According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
